Blaine McGowan is a first-time restaurant owner with a passion for high quality, modernist cuisine. After successfully launching & operating an underground dining experience out of his home in 2017 (known as Frisco Supper Club), McGowan decided to create a mainstay culinary destination offering high quality cuisine at an inviting price point. Focused on exceptional food & service, McGowan steps into chído Taco Lounge with an innovator initiative providing Dallas something new.
